Managing your Subscriptions and Payments

Managing billing from your site

All of your Subscriptions and Payments can be seen and managed within Sumo itself, as well as managed within the Sumo Store, found in your Sumo Home. You must be logged into Sumo on your website, where you made your purchases.

  1. Click on the Sumo Crown.
  2. Click on the Sumo Store Icon in your Sumo Home Dashboard.
  3. Click on "Billing" and select the Subscription you want to manage. Please note that the date provided below is the date you will be re-billed. You may cancel at any time BEFORE this date to avoid being charged. Once a subscription is paid for, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button to cancel.
  5. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation.
  6. Once you have cancelled, your subscription status will say Cancelled and also list the date your subscription will end.
  7. To Resubscribe, simply click the "Resubscribe" button.
  8. You will be asked to confirm your resubscription.

Managing billing from Sumo.com

You can also manage billing directly from Sumo.com! Here's how:

  1. Log into http://sumo.com/sites and click "View Site Details" next to the website you want to manage.
  2. Click the "Manage Site" button.
  3. Click on Sumo Store.
  4. Click on "Payment Methods" (To manage your payment method).
  5. Click on "Billing" (To manage your subscriptions).

*You may cancel anytime before your next payment. Subscription purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Modifying your Sumo Pro plan

You can modify your current subscription plan from the Billing tab. This includes switching from one plan to another, or switching between a monthly and yearly billing cycle.

Changing your plan

  1. Click on your current plan in the Billing tab

  2. Click on the plan you'd like to switch to

  3. You'll be shown the amount due (or amount of credit you'll be issued) for the switch

  4. Now click Yes, switch plans to confirm the change!

Switching between Yearly and Monthly billing cycles

  1. Click on your current plan in the Billing tab

  2. Click on Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly depending on your current plan.

  3. You'll be shown the amount due (or amount of credit you'll be issued) for the switch

  4. Now click Switch to confirm the change!
