Changing your billing email address

Changing the email address where invoices are sent to

By default, Sumo will send your monthly/yearly invoices to the same email address as the Admin who set the subscription up.

If you want invoices sent to a different email address, though, here's how to do that.

  • Log into Sumo
  • From the Launcher, open the Settings menu
  • In the Account tab, toggle the switch labeled "Use separate email for billing"
  • Enter the email address you want invoices sent to
  • Click Save!
