Copying forms between Sumo sites

This is a new feature we added so you can Export the form with all its settings and rules from one Sumo SiteID and Import it to another.

EXPORTING THE FORM:

1 Go to FORMS and from the dropdown menu next to the form you want to copy, click EXPORT. Image_2020-03-13_at_1.09.16_PM.png

2 This will open a new window where you can select which settings you wish to export. Simply check the checkboxes next to settings you wish to export with the form. Image_2020-03-13_at_1.14.59_PM.png

Please note that basic form settings are not listed (such as frequency, display mode, and goal) and they will always be exported.

3 Form will automatically be downloaded to your device with a .sumo extension which can be imported to any Sumo site.

IMPORTING THE FORM

2 Find the form file you previously downloaded, and the form should show up in your Forms tab with all the setting you copied over!
