Cancelling Your Plan Through Shopify
This article walks you through the process of cancelling your Sumo Pro plan if you purchased through Shopify. For our customers that purchased their plan through Shopify, it's a snap! Simply uninstall the Sumo Shopify app from your site, and your plan will automatically be set to cancel. Instructions for uninstalling the Sumo Shopify app are below:
Uninstall via Shopify App
On your Apps page, look for the trash icon next to the Sumo App and select it.
We'd love to hear why you're removing Sumo. Then to remove the app, click Delete.
